Another one for the ripoff files, digital edition. San Francisco web-design firm Odopod found that 4M Designers, a web agency in Pakistan, of all places, is using a replica of the Odopod site. Check out the original above, and the "homage" below. Now, there are good arguments about how much of creativity is derivative, but this is exactly the same design. That's not good if your business is, you know, design. Then again, maybe the 4M Designers clients won't care so much.
