Hooters billboard hangs on for dear life
Old joke, courtesy of the Reverend Horton Heat (and surely others before him), on this Hooters billboard in Florida. A similar board was taken down in Clearwater. (“The first time I read it, it went over my head, and then I got it,” said Clearwater’s always alert mayor, Frank Hibbard.) This board, in Tampa, is evidently still up, at least for now.
