Finally, a big-screen ‘Sex and the City’?
They’ve been talking about making a Sex and the City movie for years, but for various reasons, the project never took off. (Kim Cattrall had the gall to want to see a script before committing.) But now the four actresses are reportedly back at the bargaining table. (For fans of the show, the poster here is just wishing thinking.) It’s debatable whether they could create a decent movie that would mesh with how the TV series ended. But fashion advertisers would line up in droves for product placements regardless, no matter the story line or director. As far as we know, since Sex wrapped in 2004, no other scripted TV show has picked up the habit of listing complete fashion credits on its Web site for practically every scene of every episode.
