Did Lego Already Win Christmas With This Fantastic Father-Son Ad? 'Let's build'

Christmas ads are just around the corner, and Lego storms out of the gate with this wonderful TV spot from Amsterdam agency We Are Pi and director Joanna Bailey. There have been several great father-son stories in advertising this year, and this one is right up there—reminding you that Legos aren't just better than Nan's sweaters at Christmas, they transport you to another world and forge family bonds that will last long after those cobbled-together spaceships and castles fall apart. The writing is top notch, and the kid's voiceover couldn't be better. A fantastic early Christmas present. Via The Drum.
