Nicole Pence, an anchor/reporter at WTTV in Indianapolis, is leaving the station, and the news business.
Pence has been with WTTV since August, 2015 and has also anchored for Indy Fox affiliate WXIN and NBC affiliate WTHR. Pence, who is the niece of former Indiana Governor and now Vice President Mike Pence, also previously worked for WLEX in Lexington, KY.
Last July, when Mike Pence was picked as Trump’s VP candidate, WTTV released a statement saying Nicole Pence would not be reporting “any national political news as it relates to the 2016 election.”
