Dr. Ben Hardy

Ben Hardy is clinical professor of Organizational Behavior at London Business School. His research interests include the interaction between management and physiology, particularly with respect to hormone levels and the autonomic nervous system; the philosophical underpinnings of management research and knowledge; and linguistic factors in survey research and communication. His research has been covered by leading news organizations such as Financial Times, The New York Times, BBC and Wall Street Journal. He provides consulting services to a wide range of organizations, including Barclays, WPP and McKinsey & Co.
