Hills brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his new role. Formerly serving as SVP of Strategy and Partnerships, Hills has driven significant business development, partnership cultivation, and revenue expansion since joining Dstillery in 2014. With accomplishments in strategy, policy, and technical design, Hills has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and industry influence. He has scaled nearly every aspect of Dstillery’s data business, including building and optimizing Dstillery’s data stack and distribution partnerships, as well as enabling the company to reach new heights as a top data provider on the largest platforms. In his new role, Hills will bridge the transition from product-focused initiatives to demand-driven strategies, harnessing his strategic vision and leadership capabilities.

Having previously held the position of VP of Data Sales, Perone will lead the Sales team through the industry’s biggest transition yet as cookies are deprecated from Google Chrome this year. He has helped propel ID-free campaign growth by a staggering 9700% since January 2022, aiding industry preparation for cookie deprecation and tightening privacy regulations. Since joining Dstillery in 2015, Perone has consistently demonstrated his ability to advance the company forward, from building the data business revenue to fostering the growth of holding company agency development.
