Madhive Hires Former Pubmatic, Raptive Executive Evan Simeone As Chief Product Officer
The former PubMatic, Raptive executive will lead product development and AI innovation for Madhive’s full-stack TV advertising platform
Madhive, the leading software platform engineered for modern TV advertising, today announced it hired Evan Simeone as Chief Product Officer. In this position, Simeone will drive the next phase of Madhive’s product development as the company continues to see rapid adoption of its full-stack TV enterprise software.
“Madhive has grown to power programmatic local CTV advertising for the largest broadcasters, brands and agencies in the country. Our partners trust us to drive innovation and transformation for the industry at large,” said Spencer Potts, CEO at Madhive. “Evan will empower our next chapter of product development, including technologies like artificial intelligence, as we accelerate Madhive’s position as the industry standard for local and national streaming advertising.”
Simeone is a 20+ year ad tech veteran, most recently serving as CPO of Raptive, an enterprise software company powering the burgeoning creator economy. Before that, Simeone was SVP of Product Management at Pubmatic, where he helped the ad tech company scale its private marketplaces and unite global engineering teams. Simeone was an early pioneer of artificial intelligence and machine learning, establishing engineer training programs at Raptive and PubMatic well ahead of the recent AI surge. Earlier in his career, Simeone also held senior leadership roles at companies such as Organic Motion and Solbright, which was acquired by Operative.
“I like to live at the intersection of humanity and technology, working with clients to identify the market needs and closely collaborating with engineering to build products that not only drive impact, but transform the entire industry,” said Simeone. “Streaming is undeniably the future of TV. As dollars shift to programmatic, I’m looking forward to helping Madhive clients achieve continued growth by leveraging our end-to-end tech stack for TV advertising.”
Madhive was founded in 2016 initially as an enterprise solution for local broadcasters including Fox and Scripps, enabling streaming TV offerings to their local advertisers with a focus on customized campaign planning, activation, optimization, and measurement. Last year, Madhive received a $300 million investment from Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“GSAM”) to fuel the growth and adoption of its CTV platform, most notably within the local advertising market, as well as expand to new channels.
