It looks like Oprah’s fourth spinoff, The Nate Berkus Show, will be moving forward as planned for fall 2010.

Sony Pictures Television has announced a deal with NBC Universal for clearances on all 10 of the NBC owned-and-operated stations, which include New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., San Diego, Miami and Hartford.

The deal comes on the heels of Martha Stewart announcing she is leaving NBC Universal and first-run syndication for cable net The Hallmark Channel next fall.
