Following rocky negotiations that stalled early last month, LIN TV and Charter Communications have reached a retransmission agreement. The pact, announced Tuesday (July 1) covers the carriage of LIN TV’s analog and digital signals for 13 stations in Grand Rapids, Mich.; Green Bay, Wisc.; Hartford-New Haven, Conn.; Norfolk, Va.; Springfield, Mass.; Dayton and Toledo, Ohio; and Providence, R.I.

Terms were not disclosed, but Gregory Schmidt, executive vp of digital media for LIN TV, characterized the deal as a “fair market agreement.”
