Two Chicago radio stations this week offered embattled Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich jobs on the radio. Or did they?

WGN-AM, Tribune’s News/Talk station issued a press release Friday (Jan. 23) offering Blagojevich and his wife Patti, the daily 1 to 4 p.m. weekday slot recently vacated by John Williams, who now hosts mornings.

The WGN public offer follows the one made earlier this week by WLS-AM, Citadel Broadcasting’s News/Talk station. That offer was for a weekly show on Sundays, Noon to 2 p.m.,
