HP To Release New webOS 2.0
HP has released a mobile software update, the first major upgrade since the platform launched in 2009. The first device to run the new webOS 2.0 will be HP’s new Palm Pre 2 smartphone. This smartphone will be available in France this Friday and is scheduled to for release in the U.S. and Canada in the coming months.
The update includes features like: Multitasking, Just Type (a quick search type), HP Synergy (a syncing system) and Exhibition (a tool for linking recent content across apps).
