Got a question for New Jersey Republican Governor Chris Christie?
Now’s your chance to ask it during the next Facebook Live interview tonight at 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, featuring the social network’s Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg.
The governor is expected to discuss issues he’s dealt with during his first two years in office, including education, job creation, and the budget. He’ll also talk about how he uses Facebook to reach out to constituents.
Christie’s state was hard hit by Hurricane Irene in August, with power outages and severe property damage in large swaths of New Jersey. Perhaps he’ll talk about what role Facebook played in communicating with residents in the storm’s aftermath.
I think the 2012 elections will also be a focal point of the conversation, coming off of Saturday night’s Republican debate on foreign policy.
With the Republican race growing more dramatic by the day, it will be interesting to get his take on where the candidates stand given his penchant for straight talk. Also, does he have any regrets about not joining the 2012 race or is he planning ?
Christie also recently endorsed former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, and has started traveling to key primary states, such as New Hampshire, to stump on his behalf.
Readers, what would you like to see the New Jersey governor address?
