Ten years on, blogs have gone from strength-to-strength. Indeed, many are so sophisticated and feature-packed today that they are so far removed of the blogs of a decade ago to be almost unrecognisable. So what else has changed in this time?
Modern social media, of course, started gaining serious traction in 2005, when Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube all made big arrivals on the scene, followed by Twitter in 2006.
