City Lights Books Publisher Explains Smashed Kindle Photo

Earlier this week, eBookNewser posted a short piece about the photograph above from the City Lights Books catalog. Last night, publisher Elaine Katzenberger sent us a long and thoughtful response to our post, and we have posted her complete letter after the jump.
