The classic Choose Your Own Adventure novel series, that lets readers decide the fate of their story, is coming back digitally in the form of an iPhone and iPad app. Uventures, a start-up in Sweden, is working on the app.
NPR reports: “Edward Packard, one of the authors of the interactive Choose Your Own Adventure series, has helped create U-Ventures, an application for the iPhone and iPad. It incorporates sounds, lights and special effects into the traditional Choose Your Own Adventure format.
