Adele, Real Madrid, Puss In Boots, Battlefield, Jesus and Coca-Cola on This Week’s Top 20 Growing Facebook Pages
Mobile, music, football, TV, movies, games and more made our list of the fastest growing Facebook Pages by Likes. As usual, new things, news events, popular figures and plain old good engagement helped these Pages along with their growth. We compile this list with our PageData tool, which tracks Page growth across Facebook.

Samsung Mobile topped our list this week as its Page grew 772,100 Likes to 3.6 million; the company just released a new phone accompanied by a huge social media campaign. Then there was a trio of musicians on the Page. Deep Purple (1968-1976) gained most of its 672,800 Likes, 672,200, this week in what appeared to be a consolidation. Then Adele’s Page grew 275,500 Likes to 7.7 million; she just cancelled her tour. Finally Jeff Buckley appears to have just joined Facebook and saw growth of 254,400 Likes to 472,600 this week.
Sports on our list this week included football and motor biking. F.C. Internazionale Milano grew 440,900 Likes to pass 1 million this week, the Italian football (soccer) team has been publishing to Facebook like crazy. Real Madrid C.F. grew by 306,500 Likes to 20.9 million; the team has been winning games. Sergio Ramos, a Real Madrid player, saw growth of 285,600 to see his Page reach 603,400, but it appeared to be a consolidation. Finally, Italian motor bike racer Marco Simoncelli’s Page saw huge growth, 280,500 Likes, this past week and grew to 483,100, but it was because the young man died last week in a racing accident.
Media and games were on our list this week, too. “Titanic” grew by 409,500 Like to 13.4 million, the TV show “The King of Queens” benefitted from a consolidation to the tune of 354,600 Likes to reach 1.4 million. And the recently released “Puss In Boots” grew 268,700 Likes to 1.2 million. Intesesting to note that the film’s landing tab holds Like-gated content such as videos, showtimes, photos, games and more — content usually provided on most landing tabs of films. Games included Texas Hold’em Poker with 401,300 Likes to pass 52 million while Battlefield grew 338,600 to reach 2.5 million.
The rest of the list was a mixed bag. Jesus Daily grew by 376,300 Likes to pass 10 million, Coca-Cola grew 361,700 to reach 35.4 million, facebook realesed the new Dislike Button™! Add it Now!! not a fake! grew 333,000 Likes to reach 445,400, Facebook grew to 54.8 million with 309,000 new Likes and Te quiero ♥… Ver BIEN lejos 😀 grew 296,500 Likes to 408,800. Red Bull’s Page seemed to benefit from a music promotion with growth of 275,200 and a Reader’s Digest contest for $25,000 grew 258,600 to reach 997,600.
