AOL Hires Arthur Minson as CFO, EVP
AOL is bringing back Arthur Minson as CFO and executive vp, effective Sept. 8. He replaces Nisha Kumar who left AOL earlier this summer.
The online firm, set to be spun off from Time Warner by year’s end, said Thursday that Minson will return after a stint at Time Warner Cable, where he served as deputy CFO and executive vp.
At the cable firm, he helped with the separation from TW.
Before that, he was AOL’s senior vp, corporate finance and development.
