Gwyneth Paltrow, the notorious singer, cookbook author, blogger, model, actress, and overall perfect person, is now also the first (non-chef) celebrity to land the cover of Bon Appétit.
Paltrow has spent the past couple of months fending off rumors that she is quietly working with Hearst to launch her own food publication. In the article accompanying her Bon Appétit cover, written by the magazine’s editor-in-chief Adam Rapoport, Paltrow once again denies any intentions of heading any magazine. “Don't know how that rumor got into the papers. It could not be further from the truth. I literally do not have time to bathe, let alone start a magazine,” she said.
