American Suzuki Motor Corporation on Monday will launch its first Summer Sale campaign that ties recent lease programs for its XL-7 SUV with a summer promotional offer.
The campaign, "Suzuki Blockbuster," will encompass all four national sales regions and feature Suzuki's top-selling SUVs, which include the XL-7, launched this year with a first quarter national campaign via Colby, Effler, Santa Monica, Calif., and the Grand Vitara, launched in 1999.
The two-month summer campaign runs through Labor Day and comprises television and print executions, with full-page newspaper ads in the top twenty markets.
The print ads and 30-second spots with local tag space will focus on the Grand Vitara's 48-month zero percent financing plan. Creative plays off of a blockbuster summer-movie theme to tout the lease and financing programs.
