NEW YORK Melissa Pordy, senior vp, director of print services at Zenith Media, has resigned after five years with the company.
Pordy's clients included Salvatore Ferragamo and Allied Domecq Spirits, which included Stoli Sauza; she oversaw some $600 million in print spending. "Zenith was a good experience," said Pordy. "It was just the right time to move on." Pordy said she is entertaining various options and has not decided what side of the desk she'll be on-client, publishing or agency.
A replacement has not been named, said Rich Hamilton, Zenith Optimedia Group CEO, who declined to comment further.
Pordy, a big promoter of print, was named Mediaweek's 2001 Magazine All Star.
