NEW YORK Cossette Post has won the estimated $5-7 million Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey advertising account, the agency said.

Agencies from New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia competed in a five-month review, during which the client considered public relations, interactive and direct marketing capabilities, sources said.

Cossette Post CEO Peter Post said a new campaign, which is slated to break early next year, would include traditional, direct mail and interactive components. Post, who would not comment on the creative direction of the campaign, said, “I think that what the client was looking for was a new approach to its brand.”
