NEW YORK-Pat McGrath, president of Jordan, McGrath, Case & Taylor, last week anointed Stephen Badenhop, a 16-year veteran of the agency, as his heir apparent.
McGrath has named Badenhop managing director, director of client services, a position that will allow McGrath to groom his protƒge for the top job.
Badenhop, 50, was executive vice president, group director on the SmithKline Beecham account. He becomes the first director of client services at the New York shop.
Badenhop will also take a more prominent role in new business efforts.
“He has great rapport with people and is a smart and articulate leader,” said McGrath, 63.
