BOSTON Kelliher Samets Volk is readying its debut print campaign for Bretton Woods Mountain Resort.
One print execution carries the headline, "We believe in grooming just about everything. Including your ego." A photograph shows a skier racing down a pristine slope. Copy reads, "Feel like a hero with the best snow quality in the East and the best grooming in N.H."
Another ad shows a photo of the Bretton Woods hotel. The headline reads, "Conveniently located 'between once upon a time' and 'happily ever after.'" The copy reads, "Enjoy storybook views, excellent service and skiing at the Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire." There is no tagline.
The effort attempts to convey the "extraordinary experiences" visitors can have at the resort, which is located in New Hampshire's White Mountain region, according to Daniel Edwards, senior brand manager at KSV, an independent agency in Burlington, Vt.
Work will break next month in publications such as Ski Magazine and in local newspapers. Collateral material is also in the mix. Spending will likely be in the low six figures.
