Koerner Gets Global Role at Initiative Media

NEW YORK Stacey Lynn Koerner, svp, director of broadcast research for Initiative Media North America, has been promoted to evp, director of global research integration.

The promotion elevates Koerner, 33, to a key role on the global team charged with the integration of Initiative Media's various research endeavors.

Koerner will continue to be based in New York and will report to David Ernst, evp and director of IM Solutions, Initiative Media North America. In addition, she will work with Philippe Sarrazin, evp for Initiative Media Worldwide in Paris as well as Sue Moseley, managing director of IM Futures in the U.K.

Koerner joined the company in 2001, when TN Media merged with Initiative Media. Prior to joining TN Media in 1997, she conducted television and print research for D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles while earning her master's degree in media studies at New York University. Koerner started her career at Katz Communications as an analyst in programming and local market research before leaving to spend several years at CBS.
