The new venture, called Root.net, will be officially unveiled at the end of May. Dan Stoller, formerly director of media at CKS New York, is expected to join Goldstein as the startup’s executive vice president.
Goldstein and Stoller could not be reached for comment, but are said to be planning the day-to-day operations for Root.net.
