CHICAGO Fahlgren has reorganized following its April acquisition of Lord, Sullivan & Yoder.

The Columbus, Ohio-based agency will remain under chief executive officer Steve Drongowski, who will oversee three main units. John Stertz, president and chief creative officer, will lead advertising, digital and direct. Stertz was formerly corporate creative director at Fahlgren. Chief marketing officer Chris Perkins was promoted to managing partner and chief strategy officer.

The agency's public relations unit has been dubbed Fahlgren Mortine under president Neil Mortine, formerly president of LSY Public Relations.

Retail, promotions and field marketing efforts will be carried out through Fahlgren Max under managing partner Gary Ramsey.

Fahlgren acquired and merged with LSY, also in Columbus, in April. LSY chairman and chief executive officer Bob Bender, who assisted with the transition, has retired.

The combined agencies claim billings of $190 million and $24 million in revenue.
