NEW YORK Money Syner Communications, an independent U.K. healthcare advertising agency, has been acquired by Euro RSCG Life, a unit of Havas' Euro RSCG Worldwide.

The resulting entity will be dubbed Euro RSCG Life MSC and will be based in London. Euro will also fold in MSC clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Novartis, Roche, and Schering Plough.

Financial terms of the sale were undisclosed. Neither party could be immediately reached for comment.

"Acquiring Money Syner is in line with our 'Power of One' strategy of offering the best services across every communication discipline," said Ron Pantello, CEO of Euro RSCG Life Worldwide, in a statement.

The recently announced "Power of One" plan aligns Euro RSCG Life's 44 health-focused offices in 16 major markets around the globe, creating a single network with nearly 1,000 employees.
