DALLAS A daily newspaper will launch here Nov. 12, becoming the second new media outlet for the area in three months.

Dallas-based American Consolidated Media is introducing the free paper, called A.M. Journal Express, with a circulation of 140,000 to 150,000. The tabloid-format publication will be aimed at “busy, upwardly mobile professionals,” the company said.

Terrie Lonergan, formerly publisher of American Way and Celebrated Living, will be managing director. The executive editor position will be held by Lori Stahl, a communications consultant who spent 14 years at the Dallas Morning News as a reporter and columnist.
