BOSTON Omnicom’s Porter Novelli has won the public relations account of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

The Philadelphia-based youth mentoring organization named Porter Novelli as its lead PR agency without a review.

“We had been working with Porter Novelli on a project basis [throughout the year],” said Noreen Shanfelter, director of media and public relations at BBBSA. “We were really impressed—they’re smart and they gave good service.”

Initially, Porter Novelli will assist BBBSA with public relations efforts surrounding the organization’s centennial anniversary this year.
