NEW YORK Less than two months after he was replaced as CEO, Agency.com's president of international operations David Eastman is leaving the shop.

Eastman is moving to head fellow Omnicom agency Zulu, where he will replace Martin Brooks as CEO.

Andy Hobsbawm, Agency.com's European chairman, will fill Eastman's role as president of international. Until he joins Zulu later in the summer, Agency.com said he would assist with the transition as a "non-executive director" until then. He reports to shop CEO Chan Suh.

The departure is the latest in a string for Agency.com. Dave Johnson, the shop's North America president, is leaving the agency this month. Kathleen Flynn, formerly a vp in Agency.com's Chicago office, replaced Johnston in his role leading the office there. In the past year, the shop has replaced the leaders of its offices in New York, San Francisco and Dallas.

Eastman lasted less than a year as Agency.com's CEO after replacing Don Scales in March 2006. Parent TBWA Worldwide opted to replace Eastman with Suh, Agency.com's founder and chairman, in late April. At the time, he was named president of international, a new role, tasked with leading the shop's expansion into new markets. Agency.com in the past year has opened several outposts abroad to better serve TBWA.
