NEW YORK Aegis Group has added to its digital holdings in South America with the acquisition of top Brazilian digital shop AgenciaClick.
The ad holding company said it paid about $31 million for the agency, with an earn-out provision of 3.4 million Aegis shares over five years.

Following the deal, AgenciaClick president Pedro Cabral will add the role of president of Latin America for Isobar.
