NEW YORK Organic said it has promoted four executives to new positions, including chief creative officer and chief experience architect.
The Omnicom-owned San Francisco interactive agency said Colleen DeCourcy was named its new chief creative officer and vice president. As executive creative director, DeCourcy, 40, was responsible for creative in the Dodge Charger "Unleash Your Freak" campaign Organic did this summer for longtime client DaimlerChrysler.
Organic also named Troy Young chief experience architect and executive vice president. Young, 37, was vice president of interactive strategy. In his new position, Young will work on winning new business and working with design teams to build Web campaigns that use a variety of interactive methods.
The chief creative officer and chief experience architect positions are new at the agency.
Organic said it has also promoted Chuck Russo, vice president and managing director of the Detroit office, to chief of client development and executive vice president. Russo, 54, had led Organic's account with DaimlerChrysler. Bill Camp, 47, was named to replace Russo as head of the Detroit office.
