Amid reports that the Department of Justice may spike the proposed WorldCom-Sprint merger, Sprint is set to name two veterans to head its marketing forces.
This week, former director of long distance and brand sponsorship Pam Kramer will become Sprint’s director of advertising, and Roger Crisman, director of marketing. The two will assume duties previously held by senior director of domestic marketing Greg Field, who left in January.
Kramer, who has worked at Sprint for more than 10 years, will oversee development and management for all advertising and agency relations for Sprint’s consumer long-distance business.
