Mullen is bolstering its digital operations with the addition of Perry Fair from Grey, New York, and Mauro Cavalletti of R/GA, San Francisco. The two, who were executive creative directors at those agencies, have been named co-chief digital officers at Mullen.
The two will report to Mullen chief creative officer Mark Wenneker and will be responsible for development of multi-channel creative content and technology solutions.
At Grey, Fair was the top digital creative executive and was responsible for helping the agency win digital agency-of-record assignments from KetelOne and Hess. Fair created the line "Don't just watch TV, DirecTV" for Grey client DirecTV. He has also worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day, The True Agency, and Element 79, and during his career contributed work to clients like Nissan, Gatorade, E-Trade and Hess.
Cavalletti launched digital shop R/GA's San Francisco office in 2008. An veteran of 15 years at R/GA, AKQA, and Organic, he's worked with clients like Target, IBM, HP, Nike, DirecTV and Mitsubishi. Cavalletti also has a background in video and film production, product design and architecture.
Boston-based Mullen works for clients like JetBlue, Zappos, Olympus, Alberto Culver’s TRESemme brand, Living Social, Match.com, Timberland, Four Seasons Hotels, Mass Mutual, General Motors, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Last month the agency launched its first work for Fage Greek yogurt, an account it won in November.
