Publicis Groupe’s MediaVest USA has named Fran Pessagno evp and managing director. Pessagno is based in New York and will oversee the agency’s Comcast assignment and serve on the shop’s Executive Committee. He will report to CEO Bill Tucker. Pessagno joins MediaVest from OMD where he was director of operations for the eastern region, overseeing offices in New York and Atlanta.
