Digitas Adds Clerkin to Head Up Kraft Foods One

Margaret Clerkin has joined Digitas, where she will take on the new position of senior vp, global director of Kraft Foods One, a recently formed division within Publicis.

Clerkin had spent several years as one of the top digital executives at GroupM; she most recently served as director of digital assets, managing partner. Prior to that role Clerkin was the CEO of MindShare Interaction North America.

According to officials, At Kraft Foods One Clerkin will be tasked with driving the packaged goods giant’s digital vision and strategy globally. She will report directly to Digitas evp Susan Canavari.

Also at GroupM, Jeff Ratner, who was most recently digital director, North America, Mindshare Interaction/Maxus, has also left the company. Ratner’s departure follows the arrival of former Havas executive Louis Jones, who was just installed as North American CEO at Maxus.
