Park Place to Be Folded Into PR Shop’s Existing Online Capability
BOSTON–Brodeur Worldwide has acquired Park Place, a Newton, Mass.-based developer of interactive sales, marketing and training programs.
Park Place–which specializes in creating digital programs for CD-ROM, laptop, kiosk and Web applications–will combine with Brodeur’s Web development and graphic design departments to form a new division called Brodeur Interactive. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
“This is the year of the interactive,” said Andrea Carney, president of public relations unit Brodeur Porter Novelli in Boston.
Park Place founder Jean Locke joins Brodeur as senior vice president.
