NEW YORK Acura and Fox Searchlight Pictures are the first sponsors to launch campaigns on Boost Mobile’s advertising platform for its prepaid wireless phones.

Fox’s film unit, which finances and acquires motion pictures, began rolling out ads this week to promote the April 11 release of Street Kings, starring Keanu Reeves and Forest Whitaker. Acura will launch ads to promote the TSX, its entry-level luxury sedan that starts at $28,190. The Honda division is trying to reach younger drivers with the TSX, instead of the older, more affluent consumers it typically targets.
