BMW of North America’s $150 million national creative review has a little brother. Last Thursday, one day before sources said the client tapped Select Resources International in Santa Monica, Calif., to manage its big review, the carmaker put its two regional shops into a shoot-out for a national branding assignment to kick off in the fall.

The shoot-out is to complete an assignment left on the table after BMW’s severed relationship with Publicis Groupe’s Fallon in Minneapolis, sources said.
