Ad, Marketing Vet Heller Dead at 49

Advertising and marketing veteran Lauren Ann Heller died on Nov. 24 in Corona del Mar, Calif., her family has confirmed. She was 49. The cause of death was not disclosed.

Most recently Heller was an independent marketing consultant. Prior to that, she was the vp of alliance marketing at the Walt Disney Co., which she joined in 2000 after a stint as vp, media, entertainment, licensing and beverages at Taco Bell.

Earlier, the Ohio State grad was a media planner and supervisor at several ad agencies including Dancer Fitzgerald Sample and Marsteller.
