Women's Health Gets Its Gal
Women’s Health, one of the few magazines doing well, has a new lady at the top. Michele Promaulayko, formerly the executive editor at Cosmopolitan, will assume the role of editor-in-chief at the Men’s Health spin off.
The search for a new EIC has been on since August when launch editor Tina Johnson announced she was stepping down. Under Johnson’s tenure, the magazine grew its rate base to 1.35 million and ad pages increased 13 percent in 2007.
