Want To Buy A Romance Magazine?
After killing their print editions, Dorchester Media LLC has put its teen magazines and romance magazines up for sale, Folio: reports.
Those titles are Right On! and Black Beat in the teen category and four romance magazines: Black Confessions, Jive, Black Romance and Bronze Thrills.
All six of these magazines no longer publish, but Right On and Black Beat continue to maintain a web presence and Dorchester is fielding offers for the six pubs’ assets.
Our prediction: Since the magazines are already fairly moribund, few if any staff reductions will occur if and when the sales go through.
