The Trend of 'Tyranny'

It’s the start of the month, so you know it’s time for one of our favorite releases: Trend Watching‘s new Trend Briefing. This month they’re talking about “Transparency Tyranny,” which isn’t nearly as negative a thing as it sounds, unless you own a business wherein you regularly stiff your consumers. The phrase can be summed up to mean that the consumer now has a much more accessible resource to find the kinds of quality in the services they’re after, and, in turn, steer clear of those doing a poor job of it.
