The Highest Paid CEOs Of Digital Media Make What?

PaidContent has put together an incredible chart listing the top 10 CEOs of publicly traded digital media companies and their pay as contrasted with their stock’s performance over the last year. Surprisingly, the two numbers don’t often align: “Mel Karmazin, the CEO of Sirius, got a 23 percent jump in pay in 2007, pocketing more than $7 million. What happened to his company’s share price in 2007? It dropped 23 percent. ComScore’s Magid Abraham also did quite nicely for himself, almost tripling his compensation, even though his company’s stock fell by 16 percent.”

But according to this chart, the highest paid CEO of a digital media company is…Tom Rogers of TiVo, who made over $7 million in 2007, the most recent year stats were available.
