Shaq Sex Tape Testimony Gets Serious

Robert Ross, the music producer who claims gang members kidnapped him and beat him to retrieve a Shaq sex tape, at the behest of Shaq and his business partner Mark Stevens, testified last week in the preliminary hearing of the seven Main Street Crip members who allegedly kidnapped him. The LA Times got a hold of the transcript and it sounds like a wild affair. At one point Ross claimed a man in attendance mouthed “You are dead” to him, prompting deputies to intervene and question the man.

The prosecutor in the case also requested that Ross’ testimony be videotaped, because, as the Times puts it, “given the nature of the gang, he feared for Ross’ life.”
