Saveur Adds Two

A food editor and editor-at-large.

Saveur has added two editors to its team. Details are below.

  • Ben Mims joins as food editor. This is return to Saveur for Mims, as he served as associate food editor at the magazine from 2008 to 2012. Mims comes to Saveur from Time Inc, where he developed and tested recipes for brands such as Food & Wine, Real Simple, All You, and InStyle.
  • Peter Jon Lindberg has been named editor-at-large. Lindberg is the contributing international editor and senior correspondent for Condé Nast Traveler.
