Revolving Door: William Wackermann to Oversee Domino

“William Wackermann” has the nomenclative flair of a high-end decorator (and oh, the logo design possibilities of those double W’s!), which should come in handy for his new position as senior vice president and publishing director of Domino, the Condé Nast shelter magazine that has the scoop on another new appointment, that of Michael Smith as interior designer to the Obama White House. Wackermann, who Condé Nast CEO Charles H. Townsend calls “one of our top business brand-builders,” is a 15-year veteran of Condé Nast—and apparently quite the multi-tasker! In addition to his new responsibilities at Domino, Wackermann will continue in his role as SVP and publishing director of Glamour and CN Bridal Media.
