Recruiting Trends Revisited: Look Small, And Go West
We talked a little about the job outlook for 2010 graduates last week, but after looking at the full version of the study we can say that It Could Be Worse.
To wit: Yes, only a third of employers are seeking 2010 grads of any major, and the majors that are in demand are finance, accounting, and computer science…but more employers will be looking for entry-level communications workers (19 percent) than electrical engineers (17 percent) or economists (18 percent).
