Jay Yarow leaves Business Insider, where he had been executive editor, for a job running the editorial side of CNBC’s digital operation. “Jay will be responsible for setting the editorial direction for all of CNBC Digital’s products and services. He will also work closely with Nik Deogun, senior vice president and editor in chief of CNBC Business News, to further strengthen our integrated newsroom and deepen our cross-platform culture,” network chairman Mark Hoffman writes in a statement announcing the news…
